- Hereby, I, hereinafter referred to as the "Data Subject," in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data" (as amended and supplemented), freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest, give my consent to the Limited Liability Company "KODE" (Tax Identification Number 3906900574) (hereinafter referred to as "KODE") for the processing of my personal data, contained in the information provided by me through the completion of web forms on the website kode.ru, including all domain names at any level within this domain (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), as well as in messages (letters).
- By personal data, I understand any information related to me as a Data Subject, including my surname, first name, patronymic, address, education, profession, contact details (phone number, fax, email, postal address), photographs, and any other information. KODE has the right to involve subcontractors for the processing of personal data of the Data Subject, as well as to transfer personal data for processing to its affiliated entities, ensuring that such subcontractors and affiliated entities undertake appropriate obligations regarding the confidentiality of personal data.

- The consent may be withdrawn by me on the basis of a written statement in any form;
